No. An accident report does not have to be filled out at the time of a fall. However, most of the time, either the store owner or the property owner will ask you to fill out an incident report. If you do fill out an incident report, we recommend that you obtain a copy at that time, because oftentimes, trying to get a copy of the incident report at a later time can prove very difficult.
