Some people have a feeling that just because they fall on someone else’s property, they’re entitled to recover their damages from that fall. However, if you fell on your own two feet, or you weren’t paying attention, or you fell under a situation where the condition was open and obvious, then you may not have a claim against the property owner or the business owner.
